There are thousands of traffic exchanges out there and at one time I used to surf 98 or so a day. Since then I learned that the most popular exchanges are surfed by everybody frequently so it is much better to concentrate your efforts on 4 to 16 exchanges depending on your internet connection speed. This way you will accumulate many more credits in select exchanges and get your affiliate site seen by a large percentage of people more than once. The most important thing that will save you a lot of time is to use a rotator that will rotator more than one affiliate url. You can simply go and log into your rotator site and change your link anytime youd like without having to log into all your traffic exchanges and doing it manually. I have never had the need to upgrade to unlimited sites but you can if you choose.

Before you start clicking away on the traffic exchanges you need the right browser so that you can surf freely without the effects of spyware. You can get this browser at mozilla.org. Once you have downloaded the browser you can create a folder that says traffic exchanges and put the credit earning urls in there. How to do this go to bookmarks and click manage bookmarks and then add a folder with the name traffic exchanges. When you join a traffic exchange make sure to paste the credit earning url into the browser and bookmark it into that folder. Now before I list the exchanges open up a note pad so that you can write down the credit earning urls and user names, passwords, ect.

I personally have upgraded in all of the exchanges below. For me to upgrade an exchange must provide me with excellent traffic flow and sign ups. That allows me to strongly recommend these as prying dollars out of my pocket can be a tough thing to do :-) .
